Bio

After playing amateur golf from 1993 to 1998, Jesper attended the San Diego Golf Academy (www.sdga.edu) in 1999, which opened up a carrier as a teaching professional. Jesper believed the academy gave him valuable knowledge and greatly assisted in his personal development.

Upon returning to Denmark, he signed a contract with Scandinavia’s biggest Golfcenter, Smørum Golfcenter, where he was assistant for 4 years. His master instructor, (Headpro) Axel Krag was head coach for the Danish national junior team from 2003 – 2006. The knowledge and experience he gained at Smørum Golfcenter (averaging 2.700 private lessons per year) qualified him to be one of the highest paid assistants in Denmark.

In 2004 Jesper signed a contract with Jelling GC as Headpro where he is still based. One of his goals is to develop into one of the top 5 teachers in Scandinavia.

To reach one of his long term goals, he has visited prominent names such as Jim McLean, Gregor Jamieson and Rick Smith and of course Harold Swash to gain the necessary knowledge.

Personal Message

Being at the Harold Swash Putting School in Southport was a great experience. I was honored to spend time with Harold and understand his way of teaching and his beliefs.

The way he so passionately spoke about "the importance of the true roll" definitely gave me the need to become a Harold Swash instructor!

The course, I believe, gave me the knowledge that I felt was missing to achieve greater goals.

I will definately start on the “Level Two HSPSE Accredited Instructor” in December 2008!
