European PGA Tour Putting Report from Celtic Manor
Thursday, 17 June 2010
It was Celtic Manor this week, venue of the Wales Open and as we all know the course that will host Ryder Cup later this year. In the mean time however there is a big first prize waiting for somebody at the end of this week as well as nudge in Montys side.

Tuesday was not the best of days. Cold and wet as is usual its seems for this event. However the Wednesday was much better with some glorious sunshine. Over the two days I spent some time with Edoardo Molinari, who has not putted as well the last 2 weeks.

Edoardo had gotten a little out of sync with his timing and we worked on that aspect alongside some balance work. Edoardo was looking confident and could be a good bet this week.

I also caught up with Ross Fisher, with whom I recently started work with just prior to the BMW Championship. Ross achieved his best finish this season with a top 10 finish at Wentworth. The main focus with Ross has been the pace of his stroke and as a result his rotation. Hopefully we can build upon that week with a good finish here.

With regards to product it was a busy couple of days with Yes! Golf. The Donna 2 was popular this week with Jean Baptiste Gonnet, Mark Hastrup and Marco Ruiz picking it up, while the new white Yes! Grip went down particularly well with it requested on most of  the putters that were taken this week.

Others pupils in the field this week include Darren Clarke, Mark Brown, Richard Finch, David Horsey, Oliver Fisher and Rob Coles. My next event will be Munich in  2 weeks. A couple of weeks without any travel! A welcome change! Speak to you all soon.

Young Tiger Woods-like boy to set junior record with 20 consecutive putts on the rail designed from Harold Swash.

The golf club was too long for him, he was using a 32" Yes! Carolyne. As the Custom Fitting Program from the Harold Swash Putting School of Excellence is quite unique, we sorted him with a special solution.

Working with the Harold Swash-method gives a Teaching Professional a great tool to increase his credibility within the Golf Teaching Community through acquiring detailed knowledge which is TOUR PROVEN. But not only that, it gives a Teaching Pro an additional revenue source through specialising in a part of the game which is generally overlooked and poorly taught.
