The BMW Championships at Wentworth are always a few nice days. Great venue, great setting and a fantastic atmospehere guarantees a great week for the players and the spectators.

It was great to meet up with Henrik Stenson, after his recent win at the Players Championship. Henrik went straight on holiday after his win at Sawgrass so this was his first event since that fantastic performance. What with all the media attention and corporate commitments it was a hectic few days for him and eye opener for me to see what demands are placed on successful players, which can often hinder their preparations. His performance was still fresh in his mind however and he was particularly pleased with his putting.

His whole game however was in top gear on the Sunday which saw him close the tournament with a flawless round of golf. Testament to the work he has done over the years, with Peter Cowen, his full swing coach.

A relatively quite week from a product point of view as most the players were settled on the equipment. However it was good to see Anthony Wall was happy with the Tracy 3 SWS (with 100g weight) he used in finishing top 10 in Ireland and is continuing to use this week. Anthony is a very consistent performer and will be knocking on the door I'm sure over the next few weeks.

As usual spent  a little time with Oliver Fisher and Maarten Lafeber in their preparations for the biggest event on the European Tour this year. Next week it's the London Club for the European Open.

Young Tiger Woods-like boy to set junior record with 20 consecutive putts on the rail designed from Harold Swash.

The golf club was too long for him, he was using a 32" Yes! Carolyne. As the Custom Fitting Program from the Harold Swash Putting School of Excellence is quite unique, we sorted him with a special solution.

I can recommend every Golf Teaching Professional to visit Harold and Phil and become an Accredited Instructor as well. It will improve their teaching skills on Putting.
